Payroll Coordinator

About the role

This role supports the Payroll Manager in the USA, delivering excellent customer service and accurate multi‑state payroll processing for a multinational IT consulting firm.

Key responsibilities

• Process bi‑weekly payroll on time, entering salary adjustments, commissions, bonuses, vacation, sick pay and other payroll data.
• Review computed wages, correct errors, and ensure accurate earnings.
• Handle wage garnishments, levies and other court‑ordered payments, reporting to relevant authorities.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and educate them on company policies.
• Manage employee onboarding, status changes, and maintain files in SharePoint/Cloud.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting on payroll‑related financial analysis.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and perform quarterly deduction audits.

Required profile

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of payroll processing experience supporting USA operations in a multinational company.
• Commitment to customer service, strong ownership, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Required skills

• ADP WFN or similar payroll software.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
