About the role

AnswerHero is looking for a caring, bilingual communicator to join its #HeroSquad as a part‑time Client Services Representative. You will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound calls, messages, and appointments for small‑ and medium‑size businesses in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Answer live calls and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Capture and relay accurate messages to clients.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests.
• Interpret calls in real time when needed.
• Maintain attention to detail and active listening throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Advanced English (C1 or higher) and fluent Spanish.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor, empathy, reliability, and strong soft‑skill orientation.
• Availability to work afternoons on‑site.
