About the role
AnswerHero is looking for a caring, bilingual communicator to join its #HeroSquad as a part‑time Client Services Representative. You will be the voice of our clients, handling inbound calls, messages, and appointments for small‑ and medium‑size businesses in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Answer live calls and provide courteous, efficient service.
- Capture and relay accurate messages to clients.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar requests.
- Interpret calls in real time when needed.
- Maintain attention to detail and active listening throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Advanced English (C1 or higher) and fluent Spanish.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, empathy, reliability, and strong soft‑skill orientation.
- Availability to work afternoons on‑site.
