Partner Operations Manager

About the role

Acquia is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across its partner ecosystem. You will work closely with the Channel Team and cross‑functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve cost efficiency, and enhance partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, plan and execute partner‑related projects, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Identify and implement efficiency opportunities to reduce COGS and improve margin visibility.
• Maintain and optimise partner‑operations tools, including the Partner Portal and Salesforce.
• Map, analyse and improve partner‑operations processes, leading implementation projects.
• Own the end‑to‑end partner journey, removing system friction and optimising touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the Channel Team on daily needs, special projects and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong business‑process knowledge.
• Proven track record delivering results in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communicator and influencer, comfortable with change‑management initiatives.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and foster a collaborative team culture.
