P2P Specialist – Travel & Expenses (Temporary)

About the role

The P2P Specialist – Travel & Expenses is responsible for reviewing, validating and auditing employee travel and expense reports. The role ensures full compliance with internal policies, corporate guidelines and meets on‑time performance (OT) and service level agreement (SLA) targets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse travel and expense reports in the Concur system.
• Validate compliance with internal expense policies and corporate guidelines.
• Perform expense audits to identify discrepancies, errors or policy violations.
• Process expense reports accurately and ensure timely completion.
• Follow up on pending or rejected cases to achieve resolution within defined SLAs.
• Generate operational and control reports related to travel and expenses processes.
• Communicate with internal users for clarifications, corrections or missing documentation.
• Maintain adherence to quality standards and operational metrics (OT/SLA).

Required profile

• Previous experience in Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) or travel & expenses processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Concur.
• Experience in auditing and processing expense reports.
• Knowledge of corporate travel and expense policies.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, filters and data analysis.
• Experience working with SLAs and quality/productivity targets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions.
