Operations Trainer

About the role

The Operations Trainer designs and delivers high‑impact training programs that boost client‑specific knowledge and sales performance. Working autonomously with moderate supervision, you will create tailored content that aligns with campaign goals and drives efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate trainees, acting as a role model in a fast‑paced campaign environment.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs that meet the specific needs of new campaigns.
• Measure training effectiveness using focus groups, interviews, surveys and refine content accordingly.
• Participate in client “Train the Trainer” sessions and adapt insights into innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with operations management to evaluate new‑hire performance and ensure training objectives are met.
• Stay current on client products, services, policies, and procedures, recommending updates to training materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in operations training.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong knowledge of L&D methodologies such as ADDIE, Adult Learning Theory, 70‑20‑10, Kirkpatrick.
• Experience delivering training to classes of 30 + new hires.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior technical staff.
• Advanced problem‑solving, analytical, and sales skills.
• Track record of designing and delivering high‑impact training initiatives.
• Professional, customer‑focused attitude with resilience in challenging situations.
