Operations Specialist – Remote Productivity Software Expert

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations Specialist to serve as a Productivity Software Expert for our remote team. In this contract position you will create and refine documentation, support project coordination, and help improve our workflow using a suite of digital collaboration tools.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality written content, guides, and documentation that accurately reflect domain expertise.
• Participate in Slack discussions and other collaboration platforms, providing timely feedback.
• Review, edit, and enhance project materials for clarity using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Coordinate and track project activities through Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
• Leverage Notion, Confluence, and WhatsApp Business to organize knowledge and streamline processes.
• Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience using a range of productivity and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Background in a specific domain or as a versatile generalist capable of providing practical insights.
