About the role

CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The role involves assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment, ensuring high quality and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties in one or more cells or production lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
• Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
• Wear proper attire, including uniforms and clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from the leader or supervisor and perform additional tasks as required.
• Comply with the company’s behavior policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines.
• Desirable: manual assembly experience, knowledge of assembly procedures, ability to work with hand tools, and experience with computerized control equipment.
