Operario de Producción – Turno B

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to work on Shift B in our manufacturing facility. You will help ensure that Baxter’s medical products are assembled and inspected to the highest quality and safety standards, contributing directly to patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products according to detailed specifications.
• Inspect finished items to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Report any condition that could affect product quality or safety.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety (EHS) regulations.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is desirable.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude toward change and ability to learn quickly.
• High concentration and sense of responsibility.

Required skills
