About the role

Baxter is seeking a Production Operator for Shift A (Monday‑Friday, 6:00 am‑3:30 pm) to help ensure that medical products reach patients with the highest quality and safety. This onsite position offers a stable environment where teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products according to quality specifications.
• Inspect finished items to verify compliance with standards.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation procedures (GDP).
• Report any situation that could affect product quality or safety.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Preferably prior experience as a manufacturing operator.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude toward change and quick learning ability.
• High concentration, responsibility, and reliability.
