About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment, ensuring high quality and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
• Follow written methods, procedures, and instructions for all products.
• Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as required.
• Adhere to company behavior and safety policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines.

Required skills

• Manual assembly experience.
• Knowledge of assembly procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools.
• Experience operating computerized control equipment.
