About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling medical devices in a clean‑room environment, ensuring high quality and compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and instructions for all products.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as required.
- Adhere to company behavior and safety policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Experience operating computerized control equipment.
