About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to work on one or more assembly cells or production lines. The role involves maintaining a clean and orderly work environment while following documented procedures for each product.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in designated cells or lines.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding area clean daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures and supervisor directions.
- Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Complete forms and basic mathematical calculations as needed.
- Comply with company behavior and safety policies.
Required profile
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Use of hand tools.
- Experience with computerized control equipment.
- Basic math operations.
