About the role

The Generalist Process Operator II works on a production floor, handling a variety of tasks that keep the plant running efficiently. The role involves operating mechanical equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery, including forklifts, skid loaders, floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
• Load and unload bulk materials, package products, and manage terminal operations.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain continuous production.
• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Follow all safety policies, maintain a clean work environment, and support other process areas as needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age with completed primary education.
• Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or varying shifts with prior notice.
• Physical capability to bend, climb, kneel, squat, twist safely and lift up to 25 kg.

Required skills

• Operation of mechanical machinery and mobile powered equipment (forklift, skid loader, etc.).
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Use of computerized control systems for monitoring and adjustments.
