About the role
The Demand Planner will lead and strengthen the demand planning process across the region, ensuring disciplined execution of Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles. This role connects short‑term commercial decisions with mid‑ and long‑term business plans, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning and Customer Logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly ITP and monthly IBP planning cycles and ensure alignment with business plans.
- Build, maintain and continuously improve the statistical demand baseline using o9 and SAP.
- Analyze demand patterns, sales trends and business inputs to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
- Identify demand and supply risks, support mitigation plans and monitor inventory health.
- Partner with IT/Digital and global planning teams to enhance system effectiveness and data integrity.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or forecasting.
- Solid knowledge of IBP, ITP and S&OP processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with o9 planning platform.
- Proficiency in SAP planning solutions (e.g., APO, IBP).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Power BI for data visualization.
