About the role
The Generalist Process Operator I will work on the production floor, operating mechanical equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting the manufacturing of quality products. The role requires flexibility to move between work areas to meet production targets while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and technology tools in the assigned area.
- Load and unload bulk materials, package products, and manage terminal operations.
- Monitor computerized control systems and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment, collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
- Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
- Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, sit‑down floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old with completed primary education.
- Ability to read and write Spanish fluently.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or varying shifts with prior notice.
- Physical capability to bend, climb, kneel, squat, twist safely, and lift up to 25 kg.
