About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated Forklift Stack Operator to handle the receipt, storage, replenishment and dispatch of goods in a warehouse environment. You will work with electric stackers and pantographs, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, arrange, restock and dispatch merchandise using a forklift according to internal and client procedures.
• Participate in the First Choice Opex program, using performance‑tracking tools, attending trainings and proposing continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Maintain precise and timely entries in the warehouse management system, including timestamps and task details.
• Report technical incidents promptly and support inventory‑count processes.
• Verify product quality, report damages, and re‑stack items when necessary.
• Load and unload containers, locate and order goods in the warehouse, and inform the warehouse manager of any anomalies.
• Complete daily equipment checklists, ensure safe equipment use, and adhere to DGF, DHL and client compliance standards (5S, quality, environment, health & safety).

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• Optional forklift license D3 for electric stackers/pantographs.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Experience operating electric stackers (e.g., Raymond, Crown) or pantographs.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and good storage practices.

Required skills

• Operation of electric forklift stackers and pantographs.
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with 5S and best storage practices.
