About the role

The position involves operating electric forklift stackers and pantographs to receive, store, replenish, and dispatch goods while ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform receiving, preparation, placement, replenishment, and dispatch of merchandise using a forklift according to internal and client procedures.
• Participate in the First Choice Opex program, use performance‑tracking tools, attend trainings, and propose continuous‑improvement ideas.
• Enter timestamps and task details accurately and promptly in the designated system.
• Maintain constant communication with the team to record activities in real time.
• Report incidents or technical problems with performance tools without delay.
• Support inventory processes and other operational tasks as needed.
• Verify merchandise quality, reporting any damage or anomalies.
• Restack merchandise when required.
• Load and unload containers in the warehouse or transport vehicles.
• Locate and order merchandise in the warehouse using the forklift and record actions in the system or inform the warehouse manager.
• Immediately notify the warehouse manager or supervisors of any evident anomalies.
• Complete a daily equipment checklist and verification before starting operations.
• Use equipment safely to avoid accidents, equipment damage, and infrastructure harm.
• Comply with DHL and client quality, 5S, compliance, environmental, occupational health, and safety standards.
• Participate in Best Team programs and other company initiatives.

Required profile

• Completed primary education.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar forklift/stacker positions.
• Optional D3 license for operating electric stacker forklifts or pantographs.
• Experience with electric forklift stackers (e.g., Raymond, Crown) or pantographs.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology and good storage practices.
