On-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

The On-Page SEO Specialist defines, implements and improves the on-page search optimization strategy for the brand, covering website content, structure and internal linking to boost organic visibility. The role needs deep SEO expertise, the ability to turn data into strategic improvements and close collaboration with content, development and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the overall on-page SEO strategy across the brands to improve rankings and organic performance.
• Keep content, metadata and structural elements consistent, accurate and technically aligned.
• Carry out keyword research to find high-value opportunities that drive targeted traffic.
• Optimize metadata, headers, content structure and internal linking, and integrate on-page work into new content, landing pages and campaigns with content and marketing teams.
• Work with developers on schema, site structure and indexation improvements.
• Maintain documentation of SEO processes, recommendations and standards.
• Audit and report on on-page SEO performance with analytics tools, and analyze competitor strategies.
• Support product launches, content initiatives and special projects with SEO insights, and stay up to date with algorithm updates and trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven on-page SEO experience with measurable organic growth results.
• Ability to analyze complex data and turn it into clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage several SEO tasks at once.
• Degree in Software Development, Engineering, Digital Marketing or a related field is a plus; familiarity with CRO is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced WordPress and SEO tools: Yoast, SurferSEO, SEMrush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Keyword research, content optimization and search-engine algorithm knowledge.
• Understanding of UX principles and how site structure affects SEO.
