Marketing Specialist Lead (Campaign Marketer)

About the role

Deloitte's Marketing, Brand & Communications team in San Jose, Costa Rica is looking for a Campaign Marketer / Lead Specialist. The role contributes to the growth of the organization through integrated marketing and communications, using agile principles to turn big ideas into campaigns anchored in data-driven strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integrated strategic marketing and communications across traditional and innovative channels
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using agile principles
• Develop channel activation plans, including client targeting and customer journey mapping to generate leads and pipeline
• Recommend content strategy, development and deployment, including derivative content
• Review and develop content and creative assets (thought leadership, social media, video, podcasts, client stories)
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments
• Produce post-campaign analysis (ROI) and lessons learned

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or communications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline
• Prior experience on a virtual team in a highly matrixed organization, preferably a global corporation or professional services firm
• Strong English and Spanish oral and written skills
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without employer sponsorship
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Preferred: understanding of Agile methodology and experience with Workfront
