About the role
Join Newmont’s Service Enablement Group as an Officer, People Services, supporting employees throughout their journey and ensuring the integrity of HR data and processes. You will work from the Global Delivery Center in Costa Rica, collaborating with global stakeholders across People, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
- Provide transactional support for onboarding, employee changes, and off‑boarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
- Respond to and resolve employee queries, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and data standards.
- Suggest and support improvements to HR processes and workflows.
- Assist in delivering smooth onboarding experiences for new hires.
Required profile
- Secondary or post‑secondary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
- Knowledge of HR practices, compliance requirements, and data integrity.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
