About the role
Join BairesDev as an Office of the CEO Analyst and work directly on high‑impact initiatives sponsored by the CEO. This fully remote position offers exposure to the company’s strategic priorities while collaborating with a talented, globally distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, define, and continuously improve processes across the organization, identifying systemic issues and proposing solutions.
- Document automation and improvement opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope for scalability.
- Filter, classify, and route messages from the CEO’s LinkedIn and email accounts, applying business judgment to prioritize executive attention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication from the CEO.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship, translating high‑level priorities into structured execution plans.
Required profile
- Experience working with processes and operations.
- Methodical, organized, and process‑driven mindset.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Good level of English.
