NPI Engineer I – Entry Level (Visa Sponsorship)

About the role

The NPI Engineer I will support the design, development, documentation, and validation of new medical device products and product transfers. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on learning across engineering processes, process validation, and manufacturing workflows while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product transfers and development initiatives.
• Assist in customer communication and maintain project plans to meet milestones, budgets, and quality regulations.
• Support issue resolution, action‑item tracking, and timeline management.
• Troubleshoot production processes and provide technical support while learning core engineering practices.
• Evaluate and recommend test methods for specific product design requirements.
• Contribute to feasibility builds, documentation, testing, process development, equipment evaluation, operator training, PFMEA, and process validation activities.
