About the role
Cardinal Health is seeking an Assembly Operator I to work a compressed night shift from Sunday to Wednesday, 6 pm to 6 am. The role involves assembling product packages, verifying components, and performing quality inspections in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up workstations according to Captain/Designee instructions while following GMPs and safety policies.
- Assemble product packages following DHR, special instructions, and video imaging guidelines.
- Verify component selection and ensure quantity and quality standards are met.
- Inspect components for debris or defects and report issues to management and the quality team.
- Follow NCI & Defect Investigation Form process to manage and resolve quality issues.
Required profile
- 0‑1 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work under close supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
- Commitment to safety rules, GMP compliance, and quality guidelines.
