Movement Operations Associate – Beneficiary-Facing Activities

About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Movement Operations Associate to deliver beneficiary‑facing activities within its Field Support and Data Processing Pillar. The role supports migrants and refugees throughout various stages of resettlement, relocation, humanitarian admissions, family reunification, voluntary repatriation and other emergency‑driven movements.
Key responsibilities
- Undertake beneficiary‑facing activities under the Field Support and Data Processing Pillar.
- Assist migrants and refugees at different phases of movement operations, including resettlement, relocation, humanitarian admissions, family reunification and voluntary repatriation.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Mission and the Senior Movements Operations Associate for supervision and guidance.
Required profile
- Ability to work under the supervision of senior staff and the Chief of Mission.
- Commitment to IOM’s values of humane and orderly migration.
