About the role

San José Express SRL is looking for a dedicated motorcycle messenger to pick up and deliver documents and packages across the Greater Metropolitan Area of San José. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and requires punctual, safe deliveries while maintaining clear communication with the coordination team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents and parcels to various client locations.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Verify receipt of shipments and report any issues to the coordination team.
• Maintain basic preventive maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
• Use the provided uniform and tools correctly.

Required profile

• Strong customer service attitude with respectful, clear, and empathetic communication.
• Basic knowledge of logistics, route planning, and transport coordination.
• Experience or training in motorcycle transport, preferably with prior delivery or urban distribution work.
• Ability to learn and follow internal procedures rigorously.
• Full‑time availability, a valid motorcycle driver’s license, and good knowledge of the GAM area.
• Commitment to road safety.
