About the role

We are looking for a reliable Messenger/Cash Collector to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products while handling on‑site payment collection and invoicing. The role requires a professional attitude, strict adherence to company guidelines, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Transport and deliver merchandise to clients according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Receive cash, checks, or process electronic transactions at the time of delivery.
• Validate that invoices are signed, stamped and properly backed by the client.
• Submit daily cash collections and processed invoices to the finance department.
• Follow all assignments from supervisors with discipline, obedience and punctuality.
• Provide courteous, respectful and friendly service to every client.
• Maintain the mechanical condition, cleanliness and basic tools of the assigned or personal motorcycle.

Required profile

• Valid motorcycle and car driver’s license with no serious infractions.
• 1–2 years of experience in similar messenger, delivery and cash‑collection roles.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing procedures and local routes.
• Completed primary education (secondary education preferred).
• Strong service orientation, discipline, honesty and organizational abilities.
• Residence in the Alajuela or Heredia area.
