About the role

We are seeking a qualified Medical Doctor specialized in aesthetic, regenerative, and anti‑aging medicine to join a premium clinic in Heredia, Costa Rica. The professional will provide comprehensive medical assessments, design personalized treatment plans, and ensure the highest standards of safety and patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical consultations and develop individualized treatment protocols.
• Evaluate patient history, expectations, and eligibility before any procedure.
• Perform aesthetic and regenerative procedures within the scope of your training and certification.
• Monitor patient progress, document each encounter, and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, after‑care, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with plastic surgeons, physiotherapists, and other clinic specialists.
• Maintain complete, confidential, and up‑to‑date clinical records.
• Adhere strictly to safety, bio‑security, informed‑consent, and clinical best‑practice protocols.
• Stay current with emerging trends and techniques in aesthetic, regenerative, and anti‑aging medicine.

Required profile

• Medical degree (Licenciatura en Medicina y Cirugía) with a valid Costa Rican medical license.
• Demonstrated experience in aesthetic, regenerative, or anti‑aging medicine.
• Previous work in aesthetic clinics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness centers, or private medical facilities is preferred.
• Strong ability to assess, treat, and follow‑up with patients.

Required skills

• Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency in performing aesthetic and regenerative procedures for which you are certified.
• Knowledge of safety, bio‑security, and informed‑consent protocols.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
