About the role

CONSISA is seeking a General Physician to provide comprehensive primary care and occupational health services for employees of a major client institution. The role combines clinical duties with corporate health management, ensuring the wellbeing of the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full medical care to internal patients of the client company.
• Write prescriptions and manage chronic treatment plans.
• Dispense and control chronic medication inventories.
• Assess and treat work‑related accidents.
• Conduct pre‑employment medical evaluations.
• Participate in annual health check‑ups, including laboratory exams and other assessments.
• Manage and maintain stock of medications from the public health system and private purchases.
• Supervise assigned staff, monitor incidents, coordinate activities, and provide general support.

Required profile

• Medical degree in General Medicine with current registration in the appropriate professional board.
• Minimum five years of experience in primary‑level patient care, both clinical and corporate settings.
• At least five years of experience as a corporate physician.
• Experience promoting health campaigns, healthy lifestyles, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, medical ethics, professionalism, and patient empathy.
