Medical Legal Review (MLR) Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Legal Review (MLR) Analyst to support the review, packaging, and submission of marketing assets in a regulated environment. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of promotional materials while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks and prepare marketing assets for review.
• Upload approved assets to Veeva Vault PromoMats, managing metadata and technical requirements.
• Manage asset workflows in JIRA and/or Workfront, providing status updates and coordinating with global teams.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to best practices.

Required profile

• Experience working directly with clients and cross‑functional teams.
• Basic experience with CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress, or Drupal.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar content management systems.
• Background in digital design and production of emails, banners, social media, and print assets.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
