Marketplace Operations Specialist

About the role

The Amazon Marketplace Specialist works closely with Brand Growth Strategists and Marketplace Operations leadership to drive traffic, conversions, and sales performance for client accounts. This role manages multiple clients and supports day‑to‑day marketplace operations and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon marketing and promotional strategies.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on account performance.
• Create and optimize product listings with SEO‑focused titles, bullets, descriptions, and keywords.
• Build Amazon Brand Stores and A+ Content pages.
• Manage promotions, coupons, and promotional budgets.
• Support catalog updates, including images, titles, and new item setup.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience at Amazon (Seller Support, SAS, or Account Management) or similar marketplace role.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
