About the role
Smartcat is looking for a Marketplace Delivery Team Manager to own the full marketplace onboarding experience and drive adoption across the customer lifecycle. You will guide customers through Smartcat’s marketplace model, reduce operational risks, and enable scalable multilingual content delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and continuous improvement for new and existing customers using the Smartcat Marketplace.
- Leverage automation technologies to achieve high workflow automation across supported accounts.
- Ensure 100% SLA compliance for quality and on‑time delivery, intervening when necessary.
- Build and maintain trusted vendor teams, equipping them with Smartcat AI tools and best practices.
- Partner with GTM account teams to scope requirements, align on goals, quality expectations, formats, and workflows.
- Provide marketplace training so customers can create, manage, and assign projects efficiently.
- Configure and automate workflow steps to streamline translation processes.
