About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Specialist who excels at video editing to join our fully remote team. The position centers on producing engaging video content for social media and longer‑form digital assets such as podcasts, helping us reach and grow our audience across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos for Reels, Shorts, TikTok‑style content.
• Produce and refine long‑form videos, including podcast episodes and interviews.
• Add captions, transitions, graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance visual storytelling.
• Repurpose long‑form material into bite‑size clips optimized for each platform.
• Perform photo editing and create visual assets for campaigns.
• Schedule and manage social media posts across relevant channels.
• Stay current with social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and support broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
