Marketing Specialist – Latin America

About the role

10Pearls is looking for a Marketing Specialist based in Costa Rica to support its Latin America operations. The role works closely with regional marketing leadership to adapt global messaging, execute campaigns, and create sales‑enablement materials for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Latin America marketing plan, maintaining calendars, budgets, timelines and reporting.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for Spanish‑speaking audiences, drafting collateral, presentations, case studies, landing pages and social content.
• Support digital and demand‑generation activities across organic and paid social, search, email, web and offline channels, including basic PPC setup and performance reporting.
• Coordinate regional events, webinars, roundtables and sponsorships, handling logistics, promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain the sales asset library and help build templates and presentations for the sales team.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, consulting or professional services.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or marketing‑automation platforms.
• Familiarity with social‑media scheduling tools and basic analytics dashboards.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating professional slides.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and paid‑media (PPC) concepts.
• Interest in using AI‑enabled tools for content creation and research.
