Manufacturing Team Leader IV

About the role

The Manufacturing Team Leader IV oversees daily operations in a production environment, ensuring that manufacturing schedules, inventory, purchasing, and shipments meet customer demand. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control production schedules, monitor efficiency and productivity.
• Manage material supply, staffing resources, and volume requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and internal policies.
• Facilitate training and development of team members.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with supervisors on administrative tasks such as vacation planning, attendance, and payroll.
• Support preventive and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Conduct daily meetings with operators and technicians (Tier 1) and, when required, with the Coreteam (Tier 2).
• Oversee quality control processes during operations and lead improvement projects.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical industry.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift (BC shift).
• Intermediate English proficiency is desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
