Manufacturing Engineering Technician III

About the role

Join Stryker’s manufacturing team to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of critical equipment. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage spare‑parts inventory, support troubleshooting, and work closely with suppliers to meet operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive‑maintenance schedules for assigned equipment and track completion.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform technical evaluations, and document findings for root‑cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions based on equipment history and maintenance data.
• Monitor and maintain spare‑parts inventory accuracy, execute replenishment, and purchase parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations, review specifications, monitor deliveries, and resolve supply issues.
• Maintain technical reports, maintenance records, equipment documentation, and purchasing records in compliance with procedures.
• Provide technicians and engineers with equipment history and performance data to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance, technical services, or manufacturing support.
• Proven experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and managing spare‑parts inventory.
• Experience coordinating preventive‑maintenance programs.

Required skills

• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
