About the role

Zscaler is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead delivery and post‑sales deployment programs for cloud security solutions in the AMS Central Region. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services AMS, you will oversee a high‑performing team of technical consultants and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support.
• Own hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support.
• Participate in long‑term planning and strategic decision‑making with global partners.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, tooling, and KPI management.

• 5+ years in Professional Services or Consulting delivery for enterprise software or SaaS.
• 3+ years leading delivery teams in high‑growth environments.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
