About the role

The Logistics Traffic Specialist II supervises daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient product distribution, optimal use of space, and compliance with quality standards. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory data, coordinating with transport vendors, and supporting the overall supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipment.
• Plan, assign, and monitor duties of warehouse staff, providing training when needed.
• Ensure timely and cost‑effective product delivery and verify order completeness before dispatch.
• Maintain stock information, track daily product movement, and reconcile inventory levels.
• Manage expired, recalled, and sample products according to quality procedures.
• Order packaging materials and warehouse supplies as required.
• Oversee accurate picking, cross‑checking, and packing processes.
• Liaise with transport vendors to resolve day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports.
• Recommend and implement improvements to warehouse practices and documentation.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with ethical and quality management systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Licenciature in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in English (approximately 70% level).

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
