Trilingual Supply Execution Manager

About the role

The Supply Execution Manager will own the end‑to‑end execution of supply plans across a 0‑12 month horizon, ensuring the right product reaches the right market at the right cost. This role translates S&OP strategies into actionable supply actions, manages exceptions, and drives continuous improvement in a multinational pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own supply plan execution, monitor inventory levels, and ensure healthy stock targets for lifecycle events.
• Detect and mitigate risks (capacity, QA releases, logistics, parameter issues) and escalate according to governance.
• Maintain and challenge market‑level planning parameters, lead times, lot sizes, safety stock rules, and transactional data.
• Provide clear status, outlooks, and action plans to stakeholders and represent supply execution in cross‑functional forums.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual steps, improving data quality, and simplifying handovers.
• Coordinate transport mode decisions, pre‑bookings, customs clearance, quarantine, and local stock moves.
• Support product launches, label changes, and deletions from an inventory perspective.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, economics or related field, or a bachelor’s degree with substantial experience.
• Minimum 3 years of operational SCM and manufacturing experience in Life Sciences or FMCG.
• Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency; trilingual capability implied.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, GMP/GXP regulations, and product lifecycle events.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
