Logistics Associate

About the role

The Logistics Associate is responsible for handling, moving, loading and unloading materials using manual methods or material‑handling equipment. This entry‑level position supports the flow of goods through shipping, receiving and inventory processes while following company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Open, seal and pack crates, boxes, cartons and other containers.
• Collect, sort, store and distribute materials according to requisitions.
• Process orders, dispense stock items and assist with inventory rotation.
• Manage shipping, receiving and freight processing in line with company procedures.
• Maintain and update the purchase‑order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back‑ordered.
• Prepare inventory paperwork and keep management informed of inventory issues.
• Participate in kit and bundle breakdown, component sorting and other related activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of general experience; 1 year of functional logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow routine procedures and work under close supervision.
• Good communication skills for conveying straightforward information.
