Logistics Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Logistics to support the handling, movement, and distribution of materials in our warehouse. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with a variety of material‑handling equipment and exposure to shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Open, seal, and prepare crates, boxes, cartons, and other containers for shipment.
• Collect, sort, store, and distribute materials according to internal procedures.
• Process orders from requisitions, dispense stock items, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with inventory rotation, stock counts, and paperwork.
• Update the purchase order system as shipments are received, cancelled, or back‑ordered.
• Support shipping, receiving, and freight processing in line with company policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of general experience; 1 year of functional logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow routine procedures under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Operation of material‑handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Basic inventory management and stock rotation.
• Familiarity with purchase order systems and shipping/receiving documentation.
