Logistics and Trade Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics and Trade Coordinator will oversee both national and international shipments, resolve transport incidents, and support inventory replenishment planning using Oracle. Working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:06 pm, the role ensures compliance with import/export regulations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international and domestic shipments, including urgent deliveries.
• Investigate and resolve shipping incidents such as losses, damages, delays, or incorrect deliveries.
• Track transit times for international freight and provide status updates.
• Support inventory replenishment planning in Oracle to maintain service levels.
• Ensure adherence to applicable import and export regulations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to measure KPIs.
• Generate reports and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Document processes, workflows, and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate root causes of logistics issues.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with internal customers and external transport providers.
• Attention to detail for compliance with trade regulations.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and process optimization.
