Logistics Analyst

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst based in San José, Costa Rica, you will support Arxada’s global supply chain by turning logistics data into actionable insights. You will work within the global operations team to improve the movement of goods, enhance service levels and drive cost efficiencies across our worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse logistics and transportation data to spot trends, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support end‑to‑end supply‑chain planning, including inventory management, demand alignment and distribution optimisation.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations and external partners to ensure timely, cost‑effective deliveries.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools for logistics performance.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost service levels and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic projects that strengthen Arxada’s global supply‑chain capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics or supply‑chain analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
