LLM Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a fully remote AI training program. As an LLM Engineer you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for accuracy and quality, and create coding challenges that help improve model performance. The position is project‑based, asynchronous, and flexible, making it ideal for engineers looking for remote, part‑time work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code produced by AI models for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
