Life Science Project Management Specialist

About the role

Accenture's Program & Project Management Specialist leads and coordinates end-to-end project delivery in the Life Sciences practice, ensuring project goals, timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. The role works closely with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to manage execution, mitigate risks, drive communication and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and help resolve project roadblocks.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating them in time.
• Manage change requests, project status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, cost estimation and project financial management.
• Maintain project governance, documentation and quality assurance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and mentor team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in client-facing environments.
• 1+ year of people management or team leadership experience.
• Life Sciences experience.
• Advanced English (C1/C2), written and spoken.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
