Líder de Producción MPVS TC

About the role

The Production Leader for the MPVS TC line will oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that raw materials, equipment, and documentation are ready and that production targets are met. This position works closely with technicians, quality inspectors, and other shift leaders to maintain a clean‑room environment and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all raw material for the work order is available.
• Manage the expected production flow (parameters, machinery, personnel, materials, documents).
• Ensure correct processing of work orders for the assigned production lines.
• Report production goal achievement and complete required forms.
• Update daily production entries and close DHRs when appropriate.
• Check documentation for legibility, traceability, and validity.
• Inform the production supervisor of plan progress and any quality issues.
• Identify equipment problems, notify technicians, and ensure calibration.
• Track staff training and certifications.
• Support weekly planning, capacity calculations, and line escalations.
• Participate in Tier 0‑2 huddles and maintain effective communication with technicians, quality inspectors, and other leaders.
• Conduct raw‑material cycle counts and maintain the Performance Board.
• Enforce occupational health and safety standards, cleanliness, and discipline.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (Bachiller en educación media).
• At least 1 year of experience in the medical device industry or clean‑room production.
• Technical background in Production or Quality is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of ISO‑FDA audits, GDPs, and GMPs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Basic English (A1) is a plus.
