Learning Systems Analyst

About the role

The Learning Systems Analyst is responsible for the health, governance and continuous improvement of Blackbaud’s learning technology ecosystem. This senior role focuses on administering enterprise learning platforms such as DevelopU (Docebo) and ensuring they are scalable, consistent and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain enterprise learning platforms, including courses, learning plans, users, enrollments, roles and permissions.
• Define and communicate platform standards, naming conventions and structural guidance.
• Enable stakeholders through documentation, onboarding, coaching and self‑service processes.
• Maintain data integrity, audit readiness and compliance through regular reviews and controls.
• Support instructor‑led, virtual and on‑demand learning workflows end‑to‑end, troubleshooting as needed.
• Translate system data into insights for decision‑making, adoption and improvement.
• Leverage built‑in automation and AI‑enabled features to improve consistency, discoverability and administrative efficiency.
• Provide guidance on responsible use of AI‑assisted features while maintaining human oversight.

Required profile

• Strong systems thinking and sound judgment.
• Comfort operating in a changing environment with evolving tools and processes.
• Experience partnering with Learning & Development, HR, IT and business stakeholders.
• Ability to define standards and governance for learning platforms.
