Learning Specialist

About the role

Roche’s Global Learning Services team is looking for a Learning Specialist to manage system data and provide administrative support for its Learning Management Systems, primarily Cornerstone. The role ensures accurate learning records, supports training requests and contributes to continuous improvement of learning processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data maintenance and administrative tasks in Cornerstone and related LMS platforms.
• Provide first‑line customer service for learning activities such as external training, professional development, leadership programs and training event requests.
• Support the Global Learning Center of Excellence with system upkeep, project activities and implementation of new learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT and compliance teams to ensure learning processes meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in workshops, meetings and continuous‑improvement projects to enhance learning services.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Broad understanding of global learning processes, compliance and audit considerations.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Cornerstone Learning Management System administration.
