About the role

As a Learning Partner at Roche you will use your adult‑learning expertise to collaborate with senior business leaders and shape innovative learning strategies that drive global impact. You will act as the primary contact for regional or functional partners, guiding end‑to‑end learning programs from design through evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate strong strategic partnerships with senior global business stakeholders.
• Develop and support short‑ and long‑term learning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise in adult learning and lead complex learning projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact within Global Learning Services for LMS administration, instructional design, and event management.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the PSS network.
• Coach Roche leaders on non‑training performance solutions such as job aids, knowledge management, and lean process improvement.
• Deploy data‑collection solutions to measure and enhance the effectiveness and business value of learning programs.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Human Resources, Organization Development, Project Management or related field; advanced degree or certification in Adult Learning preferred.
• 5–10+ years of combined project‑management and adult‑learning consulting experience in a global environment, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence and manage senior stakeholders in a highly matrixed, global organization without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile development methodologies, rapid prototyping and cloud‑based learning management solutions (e.g., Cornerstone).
