Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Businesses & Functions

About the role

As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at BCG, you will independently manage full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate functions and specialty businesses worldwide, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles across Finance, HR, IT/Tech, People, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies and shape interview processes.
• Source talent through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, social media and other relevant channels.
• Conduct structured, competency‑based interviews and provide clear candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.
• Accurately manage candidate activity and data in the ATS throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, contribute to employer branding initiatives and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and 2‑4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in international, matrixed organisations.
• Proven experience recruiting for specialised roles across multiple corporate functions.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues, advising on recruitment decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, with the capacity to manage multiple searches in a fast‑paced global environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter for targeted talent sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
